THE PROBLEM
WITH EXISTING MATERIALS MANUFACTURING
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Manufacturing of composite materials and cement products are environmentally taxing and non sustainable. In many cases, their products at end-of-life are classed as hazardous waste.

ADDITIONALLY…
80,000 ACRES OF FORESTS DISAPPEAR EVERYDAY!
Forests destroyed through logging or burning, release carbon into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide, a climate-changing greenhouse gas.
THE SOLUTION
CERLOS MANUFACTURING
OUR PRIMARY INGREDIENT -LIGNOCELLULOSE FIBRE
Lignocellulose fibre is basically the cells of all living plants. The fibre can come from forestry or agricultural scraps. MOXY is the first to successfully mineralize plant biomass during manufacturing.

CO2 NEGATIVE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Mineralization sequesters a plants’ carbon permanently, making Cerlos CO2-negative in production. Our low energy manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible, sustainable and produce no waste.
PIVOTING FROM R&D TO COMMERCIALIZATION
After decades of R&D, a deep understanding of the ingredients and processes developed by us, coupled with a four-year design, engineering and development of process equipment, we are ready to start manufacturing Cerlos. Our first-to-market disruptive building material will be siding, directly competing against fiber cement by addressing their shortcomings. We will follow our siding product with roof tiles and panel products addressing the trillion-dollar building materials marketplace.
